Kobemas Hotel Melaka

The hotel is a bit old, but still okay. The service is ok. The location is very nice near the city center. However the hotel is just beside the FireStation so it might be noisy a little bit. Price is affordable and relatively cheap.

It's a getaway from the bustling Bandaraya. Not busy with many commercial options for you. It's appealing for introverts like me. The hotel offers food and good services. It's what you expect when you are in Malacca. All the "Taman" can be found not far from the hotel.

Parking was easy to get. Customer service was excellent. Room was clean. Breakfast was okay. Worth the price. Just that it is near the Bomba, so sometimes u will hear siren but not too loud.

Pros: Conveniently located. Budget friendly Cons: The hotel is showing its age. Trying to find a hotel that is both convenient and budget friendly, we ended up choosing Hotel Kobemas. Most of the points of interest that we planned to visit in Ayer Keroh are located within a few minutes' drive of the hotel. When we first arrived, the facade of the hotel made us chuckle a little, as it looked a little weathered. You could feel the age of the hotel from its various facilities. When we first took a shower, we found that the water heater's shower head was not spraying as expected. I first thought it was due to low water pressure, but my gf found that it was the shower head that was clogged. We made a report to the receptionist, and a handyman came quickly and changed the shower head, which fixed the issue. The usual amenities are all available, including toothbrushes and toothpaste, which is always a win in my book. In addition, there are ample parking spots outside the hotel, and there were not a lot of cars, even at night. However, based on the number of rooms available in the hotel, we wondered whether the parking spots would still be sufficient if the hotel were fully booked. Overall, we found our stay a pleasant one. While there were aspects that we thought could be improved, we can't complain about the price we paid. It is a strategic choice, location wise, if you are visiting Ayer Keroh.

Ages hotel food a bit bland and not much of choice for pit stop before head another distance recommended although the price a cheaper far from city of melaka and restaurant not amenities like convenience store or restaurant nearby

Went there for some event. The room was great ! Didn't try the room service, but when we are away, the staff did clean our room! There's air conditioner . The view is great. The staffs are friendly. The alleyway to our room is clean and nice! No broken tiles found! But , every time my friends and I went up to our room, we always smell like people just smoking there. I don't know if it the other guests or what, but still it make me feel uncomfortable as an asthma patient. Thank you !

This is not a luxurious hotel. Budget & affordable. The room was clean and comfortable. I will surely consider coming again if I need a place to overnight in Melaka.

Cheap hotel with sufficient basic needs and spacious rooms. Water dispenser and ironing stations are available. There's a simple mart at the lobby. Need to make the bathrooms look a bit cleaner though. Haven't tried the food. My goto for reasonably cheap hotels in this area
